So with this in mind we created a promise to always deliver your items at least a day before they are needed. Eg. If you order is requested for Friday it will be delivered on Thursday.

WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
We aim to be the UK’s fastest t shirt printer and if you are in need for an order to be with you tomorrow or the end of the week we can guarantee the exact date that you will receive the order. We have a standard turnaround time of 3 – 5 working days which don’t include weekends or bank holidays. You will be given an estimated completion date when your order is processed. If an order is needed by a certain date it must be stated on both the order form and verbally over the phone when payment is being made.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately before garments go into production.
We accept all major debit & credit cards as well as Paypal (fees may apply for paypal transactions) .
CAN I PRINT ANYTHING?
When placing an order with us, the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner / have permission to reproduce artwork files.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We cannot accept returns on customised orders unless there is a printing error that differs from the approved design proof. If a printing error does occur, we will happily reprint your order or give you a refund on your purchase.
